Grilled Salmon in Grape Leaves & Tomato-Raisin Relish,Associated Articles

Cooking with grape leaves has a novel taste all to its personal. Basically I stuff mine with rice and vegetable. So to my shock here’s a pleasant recipe wrapping salmon, an excellent coronary heart wholesome fish, in grape leaves. Get pleasure from this meal tonight with household and pals.

Components: 

  • 4 (6 ounce) salmon fillets about 1 inch thick
  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper

Directions:

Directions:

    1. Soak raisins in 1/2 cup sizzling water 10 minutes; drain.
